Huke Acoustic Guitars has been building quality, hand-crafted instruments since 2006.  Our main focus is to build affordable guitars and also beautiful sounding guitars.  Very few power tools are used in this shop, so almost every step of the building is done by hand. Huke Acoustic Guitars tries to be as "green" as possible.  A lot of the wood we use is local and sustainably harvested!  We offer two styles of guitars.  An OM, and An L-00.  We take pride in everything we make here and we are always looking for ways to improve our product. 

     In addition to building, Huke Acoustic Guitars also repairs, and restores guitars.  

     Deb Huke has always been involved with music, and has been playing guitar for most of her life.  It wasn't until after her four kids were grown that she went to school to become a Luthier. Previous to that she was a Product Design Engineer, Restaurant owner, and worked at a shop which built folk harps.  The year after she finished  the guitar building program, Dale, her youngest son, went to this same school. He is also an accomplished guitarist and shares her passion for guitar building.  After a few years, and several guitars later, they finally decided to go into business together and they are currently working out of  the Tilsner Artist Co-op in lowertotown Saint Paul, MN.
